BEACH OF "EL TUNCO", El Salvador

This beach is so famous in El Salvador, mostly for surfers, the first that you have to know is the meaning of the name in English is the beach of the pig and this is because of her famous rock that is look as a big pig. Host the best nights of joy in the entire Salvadoran coast, located just 45 minutes from San Salvador, is the perfect place to escape from the routine of the city and enjoy a good atmosphere among friends.

I've been in the Tunco beach many times is the closer from my home and in El Salvador this beach is visited more in august, the annual vacations. So in this case I went with my colleagues of work for celebrate the end of a year of work, it was a great chose to do it, we spent a relax time together, fun and great food, I think this is an excellent idea to end a year.

I had never seen the beautiful sunset in a beach only in pictures, this time I could saw the beautiful colors that bring the sunset in this great beach and I love it. So if you love surf this is the best place to go for the waves, many options of restaurants and lodging. But if you are like me, not a sport fan and you just want to have a great time ;) you have many options too, like parties, restaurants and if you want to combine the city and the beach in your stay in San Salvador, you can do it, is our lifestyle and It will only take you minutes to get there.

My recommendation to go to El Tunco, go there by car, there's possibility to go there by bus, but I advise you to go there by car, because you will have to take two buses to get there probably more. If you stay in the beach, there are many option of affordable lodgings with amazing food! I've never stay those places but I have eaten there, I know about it ;)
